By accessing or using the Aldero platform ("Service"), operated by The Y Chapter ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. Your continued use of the Service following any modifications to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Aldero is an AI-powered trading automation platform that provides tools including: • Automated trading bot creation and management • AI-generated stock analysis and strategy recommendations • Backtesting of trading strategies against historical data • Portfolio tracking and performance analytics • Community leaderboard and performance ranking The Service is provided for informational and educational purposes only. Aldero is NOT a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial institution.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all laws and regulations applicable to you.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to: • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration • Maintain and promptly update your account information • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account • Not share your account credentials with any third party We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Aldero offers free and paid subscription tiers (Plus and Pro). By subscribing to a paid plan: • You authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method on a recurring basis • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis • You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period • Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods • Free trial periods, if offered, are limited to one per user We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

THE SERVICE DOES NOT PROVIDE FINANCIAL, INVESTMENT, TAX, OR LEGAL ADVICE. All content, including AI-generated strategies, stock recommendations, backtest results, and analytics, is provided solely for informational and educational purposes. You should not make any investment decision based solely on information provided by the Service. Always consult with a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions. Past performance, whether actual or indicated by historical tests, is not indicative of future results.

Trading stocks and other financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss. You acknowledge that: • All investments carry risk, including the possible loss of your entire investment • Automated trading bots may execute trades that result in financial losses • AI-generated recommendations may be inaccurate or inappropriate for your situation • Backtested results are hypothetical and do not account for real-world trading conditions including slippage, commissions, and liquidity • Market conditions can change rapidly, and historical patterns may not repeat YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL TRADING DECISIONS MADE USING THIS PLATFORM.

The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, and other content, is owned by The Y Chapter and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content from the Service without our prior written consent.

You agree not to: • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service • Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Service in a manner not expressly permitted • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure • Impersonate any person or entity • Use the Service to manipulate markets or engage in fraudulent trading activity • Share or resell access to paid features

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination: • Your right to use the Service ceases immediately • We may delete your account data after a reasonable retention period • Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content, including AI-generated recommendations.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM: • Your use of or inability to use the Service • Any trading decisions made based on information from the Service • Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data • Any third-party conduct on the Service Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
